So you’ll find Thursday boring, I’ll get through it quickly, because Friday is MUCH better.
Breakfast – 3/4 cup Wild Harvest Cherry Vanilla Granola with 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk, iced coffee with sugar (1 tsp) and soy milk (1/2 cup).
Lunch – Arugula & kale with summer squash, broccoli, bell pepper, 1/2 cup quinoa, olives and balsamic vinegar, handful of cherries
Snacks – Larabar bar
Dinner – Steamed green beans, 3/4 cup mashed potatoes, 1 cup Wild Blueberry sorbet from JP Licks (yes, you’re right, this is a bizarre dinner)

And now time for Friday!

Two glasses of the Rose in the middle at Island Creek Oyster Bar. I’m about ready to do a full out canvas of Boston to find this wine, anyone have any tips?
Ben started with some oysters and I went for the No Shell Prince Edward Island Mussels with Fennel, Spanish Olives, Basil and Lemon Broth.
As if it could get any better, then came this…

Oh my goodness, delicious. This meal was amazing. I’m sure being in the top 10 restaurants in the United States already sold you, but in case you needed a push off the fence, Island Creek Oyster Bar, GO NOW! You need to see this food in person, you know I am the world’s worst photographer.
